For most stores, the system is live within 24 to 72 hours. We help you import product and customer lists from Excel, set up categories, and connect local payment gateways. More complex channels (e.g. external ERP integrations) may take longer depending on the case.

Is the system suitable for small stores?

Yes — small and mid-sized stores are our primary focus. The first plan (EGP 149/month) is designed for a single branch, and the higher tier adds an online storefront and marketing tools. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime, no fees.

How do I create a new account?

Click the "Start free" button at the top of the page and fill in the form (name, email, password). You'll get instant dashboard access to start the 14-day trial. You can also reach the founder directly via the Contact page if you need help with setup.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. The invoice is adjusted proportionally based on the time remaining on your current subscription. No extra fees, no long-term commitments. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your data is always yours — we just host it. You can export products, customers, invoices, and reports as Excel and CSV before canceling. After cancellation we keep a secure copy for 30 days to allow comeback, then it's permanently deleted per the privacy policy on the site.

Can I add multiple users with different permissions?

Yes. The system supports multiple staff accounts with customizable permissions (e.g. cashier can sell but can't change prices, branch manager sees only their own reports). Per-plan limits are detailed on the Pricing page.

What payment methods are available?

We support bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza) via Paymob, Fawry payments, and direct bank transfer. Billing can be monthly or yearly, and the yearly subscription saves roughly two months (~16% discount).

Are there any hidden or extra fees?

No. The price shown on the Pricing page covers every feature listed in the plan. No setup fees, no per-transaction fees. The payment gateway itself may charge separate fees on your customer transactions (e.g. Visa commission) — those aren't from us.

Can I get a tax invoice?

Yes. Every subscription gets a tax invoice compliant with Egyptian e-invoicing requirements, and you can download it from the Billing section of your dashboard.

Is there a subscription refund guarantee?

Yes. Within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription you can request a full refund without explaining. After that you can cancel anytime and the service stays active until the end of the paid period — we never auto-renew without prior notice.

How do you protect my data?

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on Supabase. Backups are daily, and the database uses Row-Level Security to isolate each merchant's data. We don't currently hold ISO 27001, but we comply with Egyptian Data Protection Law 151/2020 and continuously improve our security practices. For more, see the privacy policy.

Yes — a full mobile app is available for Android and iOS that lets you manage your store from anywhere. The app includes all core features: inventory, POS, sales, and reports. Sync with the web version is real-time.

We support ready integrations with Paymob, Fawry, and Fawaterak. Integrations with additional platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, more shipping carriers) are on our roadmap — track them on the changelog page. For custom cases, talk to the founder and we'll outline the available options.

How does the POS work?

Our POS runs on tablets and phones. You can scan barcodes, apply automatic discounts, and send a WhatsApp message to the customer right after payment. Inventory sync is real-time, preventing sale of out-of-stock items.

Yes. You can add your store logo, edit header info (trade name, tax registry, address), and customize the footer text. The current template is designed for Egyptian e-invoicing requirements.

Can I install Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) on my store?

Yes — the system supports Meta Pixel + Conversion API for each store separately. Go to dashboard → Site Settings → "Meta Pixel" tab and enter Pixel ID + Access Token. The system sends the core events automatically (PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase) over the browser and server-side CAPI together with automatic dedup — even if the customer uses a blocker, events still reach Meta. The access token is encrypted in Vault, not stored in a regular database table.

How do I verify domain ownership on Facebook (Domain Verification)?

Required by Meta to enable Aggregated Event Measurement on iOS 14+ (without it, Purchase events are delayed or never arrive). From Meta Business Suite → Brand Safety → Domains, add your domain and pick "Meta-tag verification." Copy the content value and put it in Settings → Meta Pixel → "Facebook Domain Verification." The system injects the meta tag automatically into your store's page head and publishes within minutes — then click Verify on Meta.

Does the storefront support Google Analytics and other tracking tools?

In addition to Meta Pixel, the system supports domain verification for Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Pinterest from the same settings page. The button injects a correct meta tag into every page head of your storefront. For your storefront-specific Google Analytics 4 (different from the platform's default GA), reach out to the founder.

How do I get my store on Google (Sitemap + SEO)?

The system auto-generates sitemap.xml for your storefront covering all visible products + static pages + product images for Google Images. The URL is: https://yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml. Open Google Search Console, add your domain, verify ownership (see the previous question), then in Sitemaps paste sitemap.xml. Within 24–72 hours Google starts indexing your products.

When I share a product link on Facebook or WhatsApp, does the image and description show correctly?

Yes. The system injects Open Graph + Twitter Card tags automatically into every product page (name, description, image, price, store name). Social crawlers (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram) read the tags and display a rich preview. If you share a link on FB before the tags were ready, use Facebook Sharing Debugger and click "Scrape Again" to refresh the cache.

How do I start Facebook/Instagram ads for my store?

After installing Meta Pixel and verifying the domain, head to Meta Ads Manager → Create Campaign → choose Conversions Objective → pick "Purchase" or "AddToCart" as the goal event. The system has been sending enough data for Meta to optimize (we recommend waiting for 50+ events before launching). For advanced campaigns (Catalog Ads, Lookalike Audiences) you'll need products active in Meta Catalog. Reach out if you need an automatic Catalog feed setup.

How do I refund a customer?

Dashboard → Reports → select the order → click "Issue refund." If the payment was Cash on Delivery, confirm with the customer manually and change the order status to Refunded. If the payment was via a gateway (Paymob/Fawaterak), the refund happens on the gateway side and may take 5–14 business days to reach the customer (depending on the bank). The system records the refund in your financial reports automatically.

How do I check that Meta Pixel is working correctly?

Dashboard → Site Settings → Meta Pixel, under "Recent Events" you see every event that arrived from your store in the last 7 days. Also in Meta Events Manager → Test Events, you can manually test any event. The important events are: PageView (when a customer opens a page), ViewContent (opens a product), AddToCart (adds to cart), InitiateCheckout (starts checkout), Purchase (completes payment).
